Return & Refund Policy

At Healthy Joie, we want you to be completely SATISFIED with us!


We guarantee 1-to-1 REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND if our Healthy Joie products that you have purchased are:

  • DEFECTIVE
  • EXPIRED
  • WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED


Claims must be lodged via the phone, our website or email within (7) SEVEN days of the delivery date to be eligible for replacement or refund.  Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Depending on the claim we may require evidence of the defect via email or post.  Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased or you can opt to return the faulty item(s) and receive a full refund will be offered.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable) 

We only provide refunds on items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are not applicable for orders that is wrongly placed by customer and exchange is subject to approval. Please contact us at businessinfo@healthyjoie.com to inform us of your desire for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange products if it is a change of mind. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement will sent within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at businessinfo@healthyjoie.com.


Shipping and handling fee incurred when returning an item to Healthy Joie are borne by the customers and we are not liable until item(s) reaches our office. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over RM150.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to request for a replacement or refund?

  1. 1Contact us via email at businessinfo@healthyjoie.com or telephone on +6017 8188 725.  A customer service representative will get in touch with you. 
  2. Once we have evaluated the situation with the evidence provided, a 1-to-1 REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND will be issued within (7) SEVEN working days if the evidence provided is valid.
  3. If you feel that your situation falls outside of our policy, we encourage you to contact us on businessinfo@healthyjoie.com to confirm if your request can be accepted.  Remember your satisfaction will always be our priority, so please feel free to call us and we will work hard to resolve any issues.
